If you are unable to access your Best College Aid account (either because you receive a password error or some other error) follow these instructions to access your account:

Navigate to the login page

2. Enter your user name

This is the email with which you joined Best College Aid

3. Enter your password

Instructions to change your password once inside your account

Login to your account and select the 'Settings' button.

2. Select 'Password'.

3. Enter your current password where it says 'Current Password'.

4. Type your new password
